This is now March 28, 2015. I have had a Macy's rebate being processed by rebatehq.com since December 4, 2015.
As of today this company can not tell me when my rebate will be sent out.
I have tried using email to contact them and the reply says to use chat.
No Chat Agents ever come on line. I have been currently waiting 3 hours and 40 minutes.
I have tried contacting Macy's directly to tell them of my experiences and so far I can't
find any one who shows any interest.
My next choice is to quit shopping at Macy's
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of their service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of rebateshq rebate. Rebateshq needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
