I tried to submit my Budweiser rebate and it wont accept the upc code online. This is getting to be bull. I have tried numerous times now I am told to go on this website

User's recommendation: First I tried to get my rebate from Budweiser that website would not let me download the upc codes they requested then I called and they gave me this website. After putting my info I. Here. They decided not to act on my rebate request. Only bought the product with rebate Should’ve paid full price for better beer for sure This digital rebate is crap

I sent completed rebate material for a sewing machine purchase on April 30, 2019. The rebate was to take 8-12 weeks to process. July I contacted RebatesHQ to find out the status of my rebate and they had no record of it. The person I spoke to from customer service told me to resubmit everything which I did. I checked again with rebatesHQ and they have no record of the rebate and they are no longer honoring the rebate for the item.

Bought 4 GT Winter tires which should have come with a $40 rebate from this scam of a company. It looks like they deliberately keep a percentage of all the rebates they support. We submitted our documents & the refund reads as authenticated on line but has never been sent. They do not respond to e-mail & their chat line does not work. Will not give up though why should we. We will go after GT tires.

Acronis True Image Rebate not received

Rebate status shows it has been approved and payment is "in process" but that status is several months old. Upon inquiry, they say it'll be sent soon. But it never is sent. Scam!

No anwser Why are you not sending my rebate. It has been 14 weeks since I have sent you my proof of purchase. I have tried to reach you trouhgt internet and phone calls but notting works. You keep telling me that my postal code should only be numbers. I am from Canada and our postal codes are numbers and letters. Mine is J2T 3J1. The # of my demand of rebate is : 887**** I would greatly appreciate an answer to this e mail. It the first time I buy Falken tires and I hope it will not be the last. Thank you ! SCAM!! Been waiting for my Sirius XM rebate since January 2018; that's a year and a half!

I have contacted them every 3 months and they tell me to wait another 10 days! I am calling Sirius XM today to cancel my service due to this rebate scam.

Purchased a item from electronics distributor that included a $70 rebate Promotional offer from Sirius XM satellite radio to receive $70 off of my item after I purchased the item I learned that it had to be submitted within a certain timeframe . When I ordered from the site of the rebate was active and after three weeks being dropship from the manufacture in that time the rebate had expired so I tried to contact rebate HQ and had received automated pre-programmed menu from this company there is no live person that answers the phone that can answer technical questions so now I am unable to submit a form to collect my rebate

Purchase Bausch + Lomb Ultra contact 12/12/16 from Old Town Optique ( place where l purchased my contacts ) told me go to the website and submit my information . I thought this was going to be a easy process. I need a code that i didn't have. So i decided to call the customer service. That was a horrible conversation the language barrier was terrible. So i made copies of all the receipts and the code and send it in . So I wait didnt hear anything. I decided to call the place where I purchase the contact lens to help me. They contacted the representative of Baush + Lomb Ultra. She got all my information again and send it in. She informed me that I would received my gift card in a few day. I suppose to received a gift card for 60.00 and 100.00. Well today is 7/1/17. I haven't receive or heard anything. This is the reason I don't like to do rebates.

Bought a copy of Acronis because it had a pretty decent rebate attached to it. Sent everything required of me in, and on time (they got it all 12-26-2016) And then nothing. For months. I chatted with them 3 times. First time was "sorry, cant do anything" Second time was "sorry, cant do anything, but looks like it should be sent soon" 3rd time was more of the same, until I asked to speak to a manager, who said they'd resolve it promptly within 7-10 business days (actually said for a response, and of course no one has contacted me) According to their website they finally mailed out a check on the 4th, which is technically within the window they gave me (the LAST day, naturally). Avoid these lame scammers like the plague, you'll have to jump through hoops to have any hope of getting your money. If I hadn't contacted them Im willing to bet I would never get my money. 3.5 months later and still no money....

Hi good morning, This is Maria from Rewards department, trying to help the customer in regards of his rebate. Back in December 20,2016, customer purchased 2 cases of Staples Multipurpose Copy Paper item# 513096. It was purchased at the store located at 2136 Enterprise Avenue Freemont, OH. AT that time as per customer, he was informed at the store that he wouldn’t do anything, just to wait for the Prepaid Visa Card. Customer was not instructed to processed the rebate. I educated customer how rebates works, that it needs to process first before customer receive the Visa Prepaid Card. Told the customer that it should be within the time frame given. So now, I called the rebate department and spoke with Jay and he was instructed me to email those needed information, so that the rebate will be process. I purchased four (4) $25.00 gift cards. I sent the rebate form completely filled out and the receipt that clearly indicates the amount of cards purchased (4) and the total amount spent. ($100.00) They sent me the following message. Tracking Results: Rebate Submission Detail Rebate: $25.00 Prepaid Card Rebate Information For: 76575**** Promotion: Receive a $25 Visa Prepaid Card with the Purchase of $100 or more in select gift cards at participating Unified Grocer stores Submission Type: MAIL-IN Date Received: 01-18-2017 Status Detail: Invalid. Invalid Reasons: Not enough purchased There is no phone number on their web-site. I tried to live chat with them, waited for about thirty minutes with but no one assisted. Where can I file a formal complaint or how do I make the public aware about this scams?

My experience with this company is not that they are intentionally dishonest, but that their back-end system that supports RebatesHQ is not that great. Most times it's simply human error and a quick call or email fixes it. As with all rebate submissions, save copies of everything.
