We were scammed out of a $20.00 rebate through this company. It was a Miller Lite promotion at our local Kroger store and we sent in the original receipt and UPC as required and received an email telling us to check on our rebate and when we did on the web site it said invalid purchase date. This is not right because it is right on the receipt! I have contacted Kroger and sent an email to rebatehq.com. There is no phone number listed so that is the only way to contact them. I am also forwarding this complaint to the Florida Attorney General.
